We provide eligibility consultations for families seeking long-term care for a loved one. We advise on the long-term care Medicaid programs, the current eligibility requirements, and state Medicaid rules and regulations, and we discuss in detail the application process. We offer in-person, phone, and Zoom consultations. 

We provide assistance to our clients in navigating their long-term Medicaid applications.  We ensure all Medicaid-related paperwork is filled out properly, assist them in gathering documents, and file their application with health and human services. We oversee the entire application process, from submission to final approval.

Our team is guided by a Certified Medicaid Planner who applies her expertise in Medicaid policies to advise clients when they exceed the eligibility limits set by the state rules  regarding their countable assets. When a spenddown is required, we work in conjunction with an elder law attorney.
